• To form a common quality language and environment consciousness, and working principles to this end under the structure of Vestel.
• To present reference documents giving information about the Vestel management systems to the Vestel employees, customers, and providers.
• To form management systems for improvement in the direction of the policies, principles and targets of Vestel Froup of Companies.
By TS-EN ISO 9001 Standard, Vestel targets to increase the customer satisfaction to the top level by applying a management system disciplining all related procedures and sub-procedures starting with the research of customer demands and the market and extending up to the design, production, and after-sales service.

It undertakes to make sure a continuous environmental improvement, prevent pollution, conform to the laws and managerial regulations in force concerning the environment, and carry out studies on the following subjects and allocate sufficient and appropriate sources to this end:
• Considering the environment factor when evaluating projects and operations of new products,
• Decreasing the use of harmful materials in product design and the production processes, and researching for the less polluting materials,
• Carrying out studies to decrease amount of waste materials, and to reuse and recycle them,
• Saving energy, water and natural resources by increasing the productivity and encouraging the use of new technology,
• Using recyclable packaging material where convinient,
• Arranging activities in order to constitute an environmental consciousness.
